T-Mobile and RIM Officially Announce the BlackBerry 8900 Curve for FebruaryBy Chris - 01/07/2009 12:22:14 PM |

There’s nothing new here folks other than the fact that T-Mobile has decided to finally announce officially the BlackBerry 8900 Curve for a February release. We’re glad to say we’ve told you so! The phone is coming as expected and rumors say the handset has arrived in T-Mobile stores already.
Let’s do a tiny recap of specs then. The 8900 isn’t as cool as the Thunder or the Bold for that matter. Or so do some people say. But it’s a very dependable Berry. It comes with OS 4.6.1 on board, a 512 MHz processor, a 480 x 360 display, WiFi and HotSpot support and GPS. The full QWERTY keyboard is present and if we can deal with a non-touch display we will certainly miss the 3G support.
