Styleloot is a fresh iPhone application that provides valuable information for hardcore shoppers, in other words, the app gives real-time details about bargains, discounts, special retail events, and more.

Sadly the application only works on New York, at least for now, but more cities should be added in the future as well as versions for other devices like the BlackBerry, because at this moment Styleloot only works with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.
