After announcing the Windows Cloud OS which will be reveled later this month, Steve Ballmer made another announcement which isn’t that surprising. He confirmed that the Zune will come with a Windows Mobile OS. Why didn’t Microsoft create the Zune like that from the beginning? That’s what surprises me.
And with a Zune player running on Windows Mobile I should be starting a rumor saying the Zune phone is on the way. It’s probably bound to happen sooner or later. Here’s what Ballmer stated: “the Zune software will also be ported to and be more important not just with the hardware but on the PC, on Windows Mobile devices, etc.”.
Is this the new Steve Ballmer? You know, the kind of CEO that actually does what he’s paid to do?
