Here’s somewhat of a shocker news. Sprint isn’t known at all for great customer care. En contraire, we’ve seen numerous reports suggesting that the customer service department could certainly be improved.
A recent Pali Research report found out that Sprint’s wireless customer service was the best available now. Some two years back Sprint was last in the same category. It looks like the current customer care department has answered 91% of calls in under 30 seconds while 99% of calls were answered in 2 minutes. Verizon came next with 85%, T-Mobile was third with 43% and AT&T got just 33% in half a minute.
Does that mean you should switch to Sprint? Not at all. It will be just a little while until a different report will show how a different carrier is the best in the whole class at cracking nuts or something like that. Any Sprint customers care to comment on Sprint’s customer support?
