I have an OLD nextel plan that Sprint has to honor because it was grandfathered in. They of course hate that so they always try to get me to change my plan everytime I go into the stupid store. The phone itself, testing SUCKS. I constantly have to take out the battery and reset it so that I get the messages that were supposed to come through hours ago. I always have an echo in the phone also. It makes me sooooooo mad! And service? Not sure if I even remember what it's like to have that. It's to the point that I feel dumb paying my phone bill when my service is so crappy. I'm so done, this phone is going to be sent to ebay and I'm going to use sprint service till my contract is up. I have eighteen lines and if it wasnt for my termination fees i would of been long gone by now. We are still conteplating paying off termination fees and moving over to another carrier.
