Sprint had a bad 2008 but the carrier might just get back on its feet. The WiMAX network has been launched and the Palm Pre will arrive soon. In fact, Palm will be also resuscitated by the Pre. Is this why Sprint decided to boldly go where no one is going anymore?
Sprint has launched an unlimited wireless plan which costs only $50. Boost Mobile is a Sprint brand that will offer the new service. Boost Mobile has been offering prepaid wireless service so far and it’s pretty good at it. With 3.9 million customers at the end of September 2008, Boost Mobile seems like the best choice for the new unlimited wireless plan. Besides unlimited data traffic you also get unlimited minutes and voice messages. All you need is a great phone to take advantage of this amazing offer. Will everyone else follow Sprint’s unlimited initiative?

How about this…no catch! Unlimited voice, web, text, picture messaging (i.e. MMS), no home calling area, no reload fees, no telco taxes added….Not sure where people are getting these other stats from…? ;-). I’ve tried to summarize the details here:

(no call waiting though ;-(
Is this $50 bill, before or after fees, Sprint Surcharges and tax?
According to Sprint “Surcharges are not taxes or amounts we are required to collect from you by law. ” but they do it anyway… So, is it $50 or $50 plus…?
