If you’re a Sprint customer looking for a new broadband USB modem then you should definitely go ahead and get this new dongle here. The Sierra Wireless Mobile Broadband USB Modem 598U has just been launched. The device will work with that EV-DO Rev. A network and it will get you download speeds of 600kbps to 1.4Mbps and upload speeds of 350kbps to 500kbps.

Besides EV-DO Rev. A, the 598U can connect to EV-DO Rev. 0 and 1XRTT too. Other features include a GPS receiver and a microSDHC memory card slot which can get you an up to 32GB storage solution when you need it most. The USB modem will come free when you’re going to get a 2-year agreement or $199.99 after a $50 rebate if you don’t really need a new contract.
