Sprint 4G CDMA/WiMAX to Arrive Later this YearBy Chris - 12/06/2008 12:20:18 AM |

After Sprint has completed its merger with Clearwire it has decided to change his WiMAX network name from XOHM to 4G. But what’s in a name anyway? More importantly the carrier will start rolling dual-mode CDMA/WiMAX ready routers some time later this year. Following the new routers 4G ready handsets will follow. That’s the most interesting part. The new phones will arrive sometime next year. Dare we dream to see 4G spreading as soon as next year? Is Sprint ready for the next step in our relationship? You know, moving from Baltimore to North America and then the whole world? Well maybe not the whole world, it’s Sprint not Pinky and the Brain!
