Take it from someone actually "trying" to use this device. It is horrible. First of all it is outrageously expensive once you pay for the device, activate the device and pay for service through Bolt ($70/month). After spending almost $700 the device is a complete failure. We are using this to try and tack an employee we suspect of taking our truck on non business routes so we also purchased a magnetic box to place it in. After several days we learned it does not work inside this box. Now keep in mind, this device works off of the T-Mobile network so if you don't have good coverage by T-mobile in your area, don't even look at it. I "SHOULD" be covered very well in my area but that doesn't seem to be the case. When the device appears to be working it will tell you it is sitting somewhere for an hour, and then 30 minutes later it shows you that it went several other places. Almost like it tracks but doesn't report until it feels like it. Then the helpdesk never gives more than a "let's try to re-program your device" and that's it. Just excuses as to what might be happening. In short, take it from someone who actually has this device... STAY AWAY and don't waste your money. Also, the fine print will tell you at brickhouse security, you can't return a GPS tracking device. I guess they know they don't work like advertised.
