It seems that the service manuals for Sony‘s forthcoming PRS-300 and PRS-600 ebook readers that gives us a look at some hardware specs.

According to the leaked documents, the PRS-300 will feature a 5-inch display, around 440MB of internal storage and thats about it. The PRS-600, on the other hand, will feature a 6-inch touchscreen, SD and MS card slots, audio output, and about 380MB of internal storage.

That’s about all we know from the leaked documents, no price or release window. However, we’ll keep you updated as more information is made available.
