Sony ICF-C1iP Clock Radio and ZS-S2iP Boombox with iPod Dock
Sony unveiled two new devices for the home user: the Sony clock radio (model ICF-C1iP) and the Sony Boombox (model ZS-S2iP) allow you to play music from your iPod thanks to their compatible docks.
The ICF-C1iP clock radio is designed to work with most iPod models as well as accommodates standard iPod adapters. A backstop mechanisum fits the iPod conveniently, while an included remote control allows full access to the iPod's menu as well as the radio's tuning and volume controls. For easy readability, the brightness of LCD display on the clock radio can be adjusted.
The ZS-S2iP boombox also fits in most iPod models, and charges the iPod when docked. On board, there is a digital AM/FM tuner, integrated CD player and, like the radio, the boombox comes with a remote control.
Available in both black and white, the clock radio and boombox will hit the stores in August for about US $100 each.
