Sony Ericsson unveiled the new W53S cell phone in Japan. Available in, umm, interesting colors, the W53S is compliant with CDMA 1x allowing you to surf the web easily, as well as access email.

Featuring a 2.7″ LCD display and 16:9 full wide display, you can easily see large photos. The W53S boasts a new +JOG operation. My Japanese is a bit rusty (well, non-existent truth be told), so from what I can make it, it’s a revolutionary interface that’s going to be the new wave of the future (but don’t quote me on that).

There are hundreds of Style-Up panels allowing you to customize the phone to your needs. In addition to BREW 4 apps, you can enjoy Java apps and games.
