Sony Ericsson develops its camera phone range with a K850 5 megapixel Cyber-shot phone and Z320 snapshot clamshell

Sony Ericsson unleashed two new camera phones targeted at serious photographers. The Sony Ericsson K850 is a 5-megapixel Cyber-shot camera in disguise, packed in a slim exterior. With auto-focus and Xenon flash, it's ready to take over your point-and-shoot digital camera's place.
The second phone is the Sony Ericsson Z320, a compact, 1.3 megapixel camera phone ideal for quick captures that you can share later. Available in a clamshell design, it features a retro-look icon display. You can store up to 100 images on the phone.
The K850 on the other hand is more mature, with its integrated media browser and intelligent search for accessing photos. The 2.2" crystal display has an auto-rotate feature so you see the photo as it was meant to be - portrait or landscape. This baby is a tri-band HSDPA and quad-band GSM/EDGE cell phone.
More details in the extended entry.
Expect the Sony Ericsson K850 Cyber-shot camera phone in Q4 2007, in Velvet Blue and Luminous Green. The Z320 will be out in Q3, in Crimson Red and Atlantic Blue colors.
