Perhaps inspired by Apple’s iPhone, Sony has developed its own enhanced version of a multi-touch LCD screen interface in Japan. The prototype has a high resolution of 640 x RGB x 480 pixels and size of 3.5 inches. It is made of a low-temperature polysilicon thin film transistor to support the five points of contact plus a special stylus pen.
