Sonim Technology has recently presented a new cellphone named Sonim X2 Spirit, which goes straight for the “rugged and made for work” category thanks to its Gorilla Glass which is the impact resistant screen.

The Sonim X2 Spirit runs the BREW operative system, version 3.1.5 and in the inside you can find a Qualcomm MSM 6280 chipset. Other goodies include 40MB of internal memory, a 3-megapixel camera with flash, a slot for MicroSD memory cards with 8GB, and being a tri-band cellphone. The device will become available in Europe during March 2010, and at this time we don’t have information about its price.
