Charging mobile phones and gadgets can prove to be a problem, especially if you don’t know where to plug in. But thanks to Solar Arcadia’s iPhone Solar Charger which has been added to the innovative microgeneration products of GWS Technologies, an alternative has just been released to address this common issue.
“Solar Arcadia has come up with a tremendous product that lets consumers power their electronic devices with free, clean solar power,” said Michael Coskun, Vice President of GWS Technologies. “With over 13 million iPhones sold worldwide, this product has enormous market potential, and we are excited to be able to add the iPhone Solar Charger to our revenue stream.”
The iPhone Solar Charger makes use of natural or artificial light. It is sleek, highly functional, simple to operate and may also be used with an iTouch.

Solar Arcadia is advertising their soon to be released iPhone 3G solar power cases at a retail price of $70 which with shipping will cost > $80.00 While they have a place to put in a promotion code to reduce the cost, I cannot find out how/where to obtain such a code. Does anyone on this blog know where I can find the promotional code to bring down the price for trying out this new type of relatively untested technology?
Thanks,
