Yes, there are a lot of alarm applications available for download on the iPhone, and Sleep Blaster is the one that encourages yelling at your alarm clock.

Just yell at it, and it will shut up. I believe you can yell at it to keep sleeping as well.

Sleep Blaster also has another interesting feature with geographical wake-up. Basically, you can go into a region on a map, and the alarm will go off. You can trace the border on a map application. I suppose that would come in handy when traveling on a bus or subway.
