Skype releases beta app for mobile phones
After conquering the iPhone and the PSP (not to forget the N800), Skype has now introduced a new beta application built for cell phones, giving users the freedom to make use of its VOIP services anywhere anytime. The application is not limited to Symbian or Windows Mobile and the beta version is compatible with the endless phones already available supporting Java and encompasses all major manufacturers like Samsung, Nokia, Motorola, and Sony Ericsson.
The beta version brings the most commonly used features of Skype, including presence, chat, receiving calls from Skype users, and also Skypein.
Go ahead, download it, and give it a trial.
