Skype for the iPhone gets an update

Considering that FaceTime is looking good for the iPhone 4 is making headway, there is still room for Skype.

In fact, Skype for iPhone (version 2.0.1) is going to drop the charges for 3G calls. Also included with Skype is its multitasking feature, which enables you to use other apps while on a Skype call.

In addition to all these features, Skype for iPhone 4 has updated graphics that take advantage of the phone’s Retina Display. I believe that there are several updates to Skype like 2.0 for iPhone 3G and the Mobile update for BlackBerry and Android handsets.
