Sinchun UMPC-501 tablet pictured, detailed

Sure, it may not be Apple‘s fabled iTablet but it is a tablet all the same — The device you see above is Sinchun’s UMPC-501 Windows XP powered tablet.

This device will feature a 1.1Ghz Intel Atom processor, 1GB of RAM, an unannounced amount of SSD hard drive space, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and a removeable battery.

While we most likely won’t be sitting this his North American shelves any time (if ever) it is to hit Japan sometime later this month for around $441.
