Sharp to bring two e-reader models to Verizon

By Mark Rollins - 07/21/2010 5:49:53 PM

Some of you might remember when we announced yesterday that Sharp was working on an e-reader.

I’m going to have to issue a correction, as Sharp is going to offer two e-reader models. Both will be linked with Verizon, and can browse the web at 3G speeds. One will have a 5.5 inch LCD touchscreen, while the other will have a 10.8 inch touchscreen.

There is no word on pricing or availability at this present time. Again, I will ask if we need another ebook reader.
