Sharp PV-150 (New Sidekick Phone) FCC Approved
It looks like the folks at Danger and Sharp have been busy working on their next Hiptop mobile device, which you also might know under the proprietary name the "T-Mobile Sidekick". Based upon the FCC filings, it doesn't look like this is an upgrades Sidekick 4, but rather a slimmed down version with less features. It is rumored to be a device like the Hiptop/Sidekick 2 and some, but not all, of the features of the Hiptop/Sidekick 3. With the confidentiality agreement in place until April, we might not find out the carrier and other details for a little while yet. All we know right now is that Sharp is making it. It has been rumored in recent months that Danger may take its cool and easy-to-use operating system to not only other carriers, but possibly also other phone manufacturers.
