Sharp Papyrus PW-GT550 Dictionary

Available only in Japan and through Sharp's Japanese website is the new Sharp Papyrus PW-GT550 Japanese-English dictionary.
One of the innovative features of this dictionary not found on other similiar devices is its secondary touchscreen display with handwriting recognition. The Papyrus also has a text to speech engine that allows students to learn English pronunciations.

The Papyrus PW-GT550 has a 5.4 inch (320 x 240) display, SD card slot and a MP3 player. The unit measures 142ﾗ108ﾗ12 - 19mm and weighs 256 grams. The dictionary will be available in two colors white and pink, and will go on sale in Japan starting January 25th for 56,700 Yen ($470 USD).
