Sharp Launching 3D Displays for Mobile DevicesBy Brian - 04/05/2010 12:24:21 PM |
Sharp has announced that they are planning to reveal new 3D displays for mobile phones which will not require special glasses. This move is seen as a preparation for the expected invasion of 3D displays towards the mobile phone market.
The screens are designed to shoot different images to each eye as shown through a demonstration showing 3D animation on the 3.4″ touch screen that switched from one 3D photo to another. Mass production of these 3D displays will kick off in the first half of this year.
