Sanyo W62SA for AU (KDDI) in Japan

Let's leave Softbank's line of new handphones in a while and jump to KDDI's. The Japanese telecommunications company just announced the inclusion of the Sanyo W62SA in its line of handsets to be released for 2008. Sanyo W62SA features a 2.8-inch WQVGA OLED screen, microSD slot of up to 2GB, and 1.97 megapixel camera. Best of all, the 51 x 106 x 19.5mm phone features Sanyo's IPX7 waterproof functionality 'til 1 minute and 30 seconds of submergence. The Sanyo W62SA handset can handle 300-minutes of call time and will be released by end of February 2008.
