Sanyo NV-SD200DT and NV-SB250DT GPS Devices

Sanyo Electric Corporation, the leading manufacturer in the domestic portable navigation market recently announced two new GPS Devices. They named the new products are based on the lithium ion electric battery “mini-gorilla”. You can use the new devices both ways i.e. while driving in a car or just walking around and exploring the city. The NV-SD200DT and NV-SB250DT displays map information stored in a built-in 2GB original format on a 4.5 V type wide TFT color liquid crystal display screen featuring a resolution of 288,000 pixels. Both the products appear the same but have some differences. Let us consider the similarities as well as dissimilarities of Sanyo’s new NV-SD200DT and NV-SB250DT GPS Devices.
Similarities:
• Microstrip plane surface antenna (ANT built-in)
• Reception frequency of 1575.42 MHz (C/A cord/code)
• Reception system/reception sensitivity: Parallel channel 12 /-134 dBm min
• Power source (EIAJ terminal, TYPE3): Car cigar lighter
• Reception channel: UHF 13 - Channel 62
• Built-in antenna: Receipt type 2 step
• EPG (electronic program schedule)
• Built-in speaker: 1 W x 1
• Remote control as an Optional item (NVP-RSD10DT)
• External power source rated voltage DC 12V
Differences:
• Electric battery case correspondence is sold separately in case of model NV-SD200DT
• At the time of navigation SB250DT consumes 1. 3A/6.5 W power whereas NV-SD200DT consumes 1 0 A/5 0 W
• Continuously SB250DT can run for approximately 4 hours as compared to NV-SD200DT that has the capability to run for approximately 3 hours at the time of eneloop use (At the time of optional electric battery case/electric battery use)
• Dimensions: SB250DT Approximately 143 (W) x 83 (H) x34.5 (D) mm; NV-SD200DT Approximately 141 (W) x 83 (H) x 25 (D) mm
As per the qualities of both models, those who are budget constraint can go for smaller model than would be a little cheap in price than the other (larger).
