SanDisk launches Mobile Ultra 16GB cardsBy Dax - 01/07/2009 4:25:59 AM |
After an official announcement in September, SanDisk has used the ongoing CES 2009 as the launchpad for its new Mobile Ultra memory cards in the 16GB variety. But unlike the last release where we were treated to 2, 4, and 8GB models in microSD, microSDHC, and M2 iterations, the company has decided to out the new 16GB cards only in microSDHC and Memory Stick Micro versions. Also bundled is a MobileMate Micro Reader with both versions to save you from hunting out a card-reader when needed. Both the varieties carry over the same fast side-loading speeds and a great deal improved transfers. Available this month at $119.99 and $129.99 for the microSDHC and M2 versions respectively.
