I’m not sure why we don’t have a picture of this phone, but this Samsung SGH-i917, or Cetus, will have a lot of neat stuff like an 800×480 4-inch AMOLED with full touchscreen, 5 Megapixel camera, and secondary VGA video call camera (I am assuming it is front-facing).

The SGH-i917 will also have Windows Phone 7. That’s probably going to be the biggest selling point, and also includes SMS, MMS, e-mail, instant messaging, and…well, this is all listed above.

By the way, see that big “NOT YET”? That is referring to pricing, availability, and form factor. Will it be similar to the Windows Phone 7 Samsung phone spotted earlier?
