Samsung’s Omnia II passes through FCC

American consumers who have been tracking the Omnia II‘s every move will be happy to hear that the handset has recently made its way through the FCC.

The Omnia II is a Windows Mobile powered handset that features a touchscreen 3.7-inch AMOLED display, an 800MHz processor, 5MP camera with 720 x 480 video recording and a 7.2Mbps HSPA.

We’re not positive when it will actually be made available for purchase but considering the FCC model is specced for AT&T, I think it’s safe to say we’ll see the phone on said carrier soon enough.
