Samsung’s latest Star TV phone, the S5233T, has just been released at South East Asia.

This Star allows the user to channel surf on the cellphone, one-click screen capture and record, an on-screen keypad channel entry as well as reception of incoming SMS messages.

There is no word on pricing so far, but there is word that the S5233T might appear in India.
