Samsung u540 - ANADIGICS Lights Up Samsung's Thin Neon 3G Handset

ANADIGICS, Inc has started shipping production volumes of 3G EVDO power amplifiers for the Samsung SCH-u540 cellphone, which is available on the Verizon Wireless Network. The SCH-u540 supports AWT6307 and AWT6308 EVDO HELP2(TM) PAs for US cellular band and US PCS band operation, respectively. The ANADIGICS' HELP2(TM) Pas will consume less power hence provide more talk time to the user.
