Samsung to Launch Self-Encrypting SSDs?By Chris - 04/16/2009 8:31:42 PM |

Have you gotten your first SSD already or is it still to expensive to get one? It might be a good idea to wait since SSDs will get only better and hopefully cheaper in the near future. Samsung has a new SSD, one that’s able to do some self-encrypting as information gets saved on it. It’s supposed to be the first SSD capable of doing that. It will be come with Wave’s EMBASSY management software and it will come in three versions, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB at first. Will Dell bring the first self-encrypting SSDs or will anyone else hurry to get them too?
