The Samsung SPH-I325 phone that was made for Sprint and presented in 2007, has just received an update in the form of a better operative system. Instead of Windows Mobile 6, it now features version 6.1.

The Sprint Ace also has another upgrade option, related to GPS navigation using the Spring system. In order to make the upgrade, you need a few basic tools: Windows Vista/XP on your computer, a USB data cable, Active Sync 4.5, and the cellphone itself.

What are the advantages of using Windows Mobile 6.1 instead of the previous version?

– View & Edit Excel® and Word® files on the go.
– Chat-style text messaging.
– Sprint Navigation with Live Search.
