Samsung_SpicaRogers of Canada is planning on releasing Samsung’s latest Google Android handest, the Galaxy Spica. For those not familiar with the Spica, it has a 3.2 inch AMOLED touchscreen, a 3.2 megapixel camera, 200 MB of internal memory, Wi-Fi, GPS, and more.

In related news, Canada may soon offer paid applications from the Android market, and phones like the Spica could be something to usher in this age. The Spica should arrive from Rogers in a few weeks, but there is no word on price of the device or carrier rates.
