Samsung will soon be launching a new budget mobile phone, the SGH-C140. This is likely to replace another low-end model, the Samsung C130. This new model has a more stylish and high-end look than its predecessor.

The Samsung SGH-C140 also features the unique Mobile4 Tracker program, which help in the case that your phone is lost or stolen. It will notify you via SMS if a new SIM card number is inserted in your phone.

The phone includes a calendar, tasks, currency converter, calculator, and voice notes. The Samsung SGH-C140 also has a 1.5-inch CSTN (128x128, 65K colors) display.
