Solo Mobile, a known discount carrier from Bell, is offering the Samsung R100 for free if you get it with a 2 year contract. This is a candybar phone that features Bluetooth, a speakerphone, and weighs only 74 grams.

The Samsung R100 is not really among the snazzy mobile handsets we see today but it could be a great entry level phone. If you don’t want to be tied up to a 2 year contract, you can always turn to the prepaid deal for only $70.
