samsung-touch-01022010Samsung is planning on unveiling a 3.3-inc WVGA AMOLED touchscreen, and is planning on releasing it as early as March.

Their AMOLED tech is based on 0.001mm thin capacitive touch sensors that are in between the panel’s bottom polarizer film and substrate. Dang, that is thin. What it leads to is lighter and thinner phones with brighter touchscreens.
