Why would I Samsung, launch a smartphone like the i740 in the Ukraine? Well I am not Samsung but Samsung launched the i740 over there. Talk about weird marketing strategy.

The Samsung i740 will sell for 285 Euro or $450. For that price you get

I imagine that is the full price but I am sure you will get better deals with a plan. This is quite the smarpthone here and I am sure it will make quite a few customers happy.
