Samsung Has a 256GB SSD AvailableBy Chris - 11/20/2008 7:19:10 AM |

256GB SSD aren’t available just anywhere. Micron and Toshiba have their own models and Samsung has launched its own. The SSD follows the 128GB SSD release and at this rate who knows where Samsung is going to stop. The drive will get you 220MB/s read speed and 200MB/s write speed. Not as fast as Microns’ drive but faster than Toshiba‘s. We’ll let you know more about prices and availability when we have those details too!
