Samsung G810 bags the European Photo Phone award for 2008-09

We know 5 megapixellers are so passé now that the 8-megapixel war has started already, but since they aren’t out on the shelves yet, the European Imaging & Sound Association has awarded the S60-powered Samsung G810 its European Photo Phone Award for its outstanding 5-mpx lens and other photo-centric features. Well deserved, we should say, given features like face detection, image stabilization, panorama mode, macro shot, and multishot but the other features ignored by the EISA like its GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, and HSDPA support are equally awesome in our eyes. Congrats Samsung. Hope the Innov8 can recreate the magic for you same time next year!
