The FCC has revealed another Samsung cellphone in the works, the E3010.  Going by the specs listed, the Samsung E3010 is a UMTS 3G-capable device that falls flat in every other area, making it a low-end device.  The handset adopts a candybar design and has a 1.3 megapixel camera (with a secondary video call camera), a music player, FM radio, Bluetooth, and a microSD slot.  No idea on when the E3010 will be released, but we are sure you are not holding your breath.
