There is a new entry-level phone in India and this is the Samsung C5130. The Samsung handset was officially launched in the Indian market for around $134, sporting features like 3G and social networking access. It carries the same specs revealed here at mobile whack in September by Chris. In case you missed that, the Samsung C5130 features a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, a FM radio and a microSD card. The phone can support up to 13 hours of talk time.
