Okay, we have reported that Samsung is working on Bada OS phone along with some super AMOLED, but now there is word that Samsung is producing a smartphone with both.

Apparently, this is a 3.3 inch, 800 x 480 pixel phone will be unveiled at a February 14th press event at Mobile World Congress, on Valentines Day. Man, how I wish I was in Barcelona that day.
