According to a recent statement by Jefferies analyst Katherine Egbert, there are indicators that “Microsoft will be debuting its own phone sometime in the next two months”.

Expectations of the supposed “Zune phone” could be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress on February 15-18, or at CTIA Las Vegas. This Zune phone could be developed by Microsoft in cooperation with OEM, and features could include a 5 Megapixel camera and 720p video support.
