It’s good to find other rumors to analyze with all this 3G iPhone buzz. We’ve been covering Apple news for a long time but the last couple of months have been Apple iPhone crazy. And that’s happening everywhere on the known Internet. But here we have a different rumor, still Apple related, but not about the iPhone.

The case in the picture there is supposed an old version of the future MacBook design. According to rumors, which come from China if that has any relevance for you.This prototype is supposed to be really similar to the final version of the case. What strikes us from the beginning is the logo. Isn’t it going to fully glow in the dark? My oh my have the Apples gone bad?

Another significant change appears to be the battery cover which is supposed to allow access to the hard drive. Does that mean we’re going to be able to swap hard drive as much as we can? The case might resemble the MacBook Air’s. Are we to expect a thinner case for the old MacBooks?

If you remember all that fuss about the 3G iPhone case, you should also remember how some of those leaked pictures were closer to the final version than we were expecting. Is this going to happen with this MacBook case too?
