Rumored: HTC Touch HD to be T-Mobile’s G2 Android Phone

The HTC Touch HD is one of my favorite HTC devices. It has a 3.8 inch touchscreen phone which was recently released by HTC. People say that this Touch HD is being modeled to become an Android handset too for T-Mobile. It’s even referred to as the G2 although there’s nothing official to support these rumors.

With all this in mind I can’t help but think about HTC’s official Twitter from a few days ago which clearly said that the Touch HD is not officially coming to the USA. What do you think?

Hello, I just wanted to say that for sure T-Mobile will be launching the HTC Dream also Known as the T-Mobile G2. There was controversy over when the phone was going to launch. What is for sure that it wasn’t going to come out on January 26, 2009. There is a 60% chance though that it will launch somewhere between April or sooner. If You are waiting for other Touch Screen phones, The Samsung Memoir will launch either February 18,2009 or Perhaps February 25, 2009. This phone is going to be the first 8.0 Megapixel Phone Camera in the USA. I believe it might be Exclusive only for T-Mobile Users but not sure. It will be $249.99 After Rebate and a 2 year agreement contract. Thank YOu
