Rumored: Apple MacBook Event on October 14th

Now here’s an event we are definitely waiting for. Although a rumor for now, a MacBook event seems to shape up for October 14th. Is that the day we’re going to see the new line of MacBooks roll by. People have been waiting for an announcement since yesterday at the “Let’s Rock” iPod event but Steve Jobs wouldn’t have done such a thing. He knows how these things are done doesn’t he?

Let me remind you all we have multi-touch patents and MacBook tablets being rumored. New MacBooks and new Pros and Airs will surface. New prices and new features? New OS? Maybe not.

The next generation of Apple laptops will influence buyers in choosing certain products so this is an event important enough for the mobile world. And remember earlier on this summer when Apple told retailers to get as much stuff as possible since stocks aren’t going to be replenished soon? Well I guess this is going to be the event they were preparing for.

But why am I all getting excited for? It’s all a rumor. Microsoft should definitely start building one of their own machines and have an event ready by the 14th!

This is all totally true. the computers are really awesom, though slightly more expensive. my dad being a hardcore linux-fan, i have no chance of getting 1.
