What you see above is Rogers‘ recently unveiled Rocket Hub 3G modem marketed for use in the home. In other words, this is the perfect solution for Canadian’s living in the boonies who can’t find an ISP but still get a cellphone reception.

The Rocket Hub features 7.2Mbps HSPA in addition to supporting WiFi and ethernet out. Rogers will also give you the ability to make voice calls over UMTS, a nice touch.

This device will go on sale sometime later this month for a currently unknown price with plans starting right around $35 Canadian.
