Rogers has decided to go ahead and file a lawsuit against Bell in B.C. Supreme Court. It looks like Rogers doesn’t like the fact that Bell keeps advertising its own HSPA network. Rogers says: “Bell has no valid support to claim faster speed and more reliability on a network that has virtually no customers and no proven track record on this new network.” Sure Bell’s HSPA network is brand new and it might not have that many customers but will judges tell the carrier to stop?
Just last week Rogers lost a trial against Telus. The latter one forced Rogers in court to stop referring to its network as “Canada’s Most Reliable Network.” So what’s next, folks? Will Telus and Bell sue each other once Rogers and Bell finish up their game? What do you say folks?
