Rogers Exaggerates Bold Prices

While Canadians are getting anxious to get a new smartphone it appears that local carrier Rogers has done it again. Last time it was the iPhone and what Rogers did was to offer very limited data plans for a 3G device destined to be used for various data applications.

Now we’re talking about the BlackBerry Bold and what Rogers did is setting up exaggerated prices.

Rogers intends to sell the Bold for $399.99 with a 3 year agreement. Why do such a thing. It’s like telling people to buy an iPhone 3G instead.

Last time Rogers corrected their error by offering a better data deal for iPhone buyers. Hopefully they will correct the price for this BlackBerry too.
